Driver Requirements
Do I need a PCO Licence?
Absolutely! A valid PCO Licence is essential to operate as a private hire driver and rent a car from us.
Driving License Requirements?
You'll need a valid UK driving license that you've held for at least 3 years.
Rental Process & Paperwork:
What documents do I need for pick-up?
Ensure you have your current DVLA License, official PCO Licence & Badge, proof of valid PCO car insurance, and a recent proof of address document (bank statement or utility bill).
Is insurance included?
No, you'll need to obtain separate PCO car insurance.
Rental Specifics
Can I rent with an accident history?
We understand accidents happen. As long as you have a maximum of 1 fault claim in the last 3 years, you can still qualify.
What happens if I get a puncture?
You'll be responsible for repairs of punctures or minor damage during your rental period.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit between £300-£500 (depending on the car) is required and refunded upon return in good condition.
Mileage Restrictions?
No! We offer unlimited mileage on all rentals, so maximize your earnings.
Can I travel abroad?
Currently, our rentals are not authorized for travel outside the UK.
Minimum Rental Period?
We offer flexible options, with a minimum contract period of 4 weeks.
